Creating a Stellar Value Proposition
On June 13, 2016, OFICINA Hub an initiative of Harry Fultz Institute in collaboration with Swisscontact SECO Entrepreneur Programme hosted a seminar on the topic of Creating a Stellar Value Proposition for your Target Market and Defining a Branded Message in the Era of Meaningful Experiences. Facilitated by: Tracy Sparks, DMBA Innovation and Strategy Designer and an expert with years of experience in designing businesses for growth. This was the kick-off of the Train the Trainer program – a four parts series. Train the Trainer program focuses on assessing and improving the business model of start-up accelerators in order to support and enhance the readiness of entrepreneurs to start and grow a business. The participants got introduced to design thinking as a global framework for business, product, and service development that meets customers’ needs and drives business success. Woven in the training were experiential exercises that promoted the development of company culture and identifying a common language of shared company.
